The feeder can handle bar diameters from 5 to 80mm and lengths from just *90mm to a max length of 1615mm, providing this is compatible with the length of the lathe spindle or with use of a *Rear Support Unit.
Ideal for applications on CNC and cam lathes with either fixed or sliding headstock.
Model KID 80 is designed to provide full benefits of automatic feeding without neglecting dimensions and space requirements. The ideal application for this feeder is in a production enviornment producing small and medium sized batch quantities with frequent work changeovers.
The changeover from one bar diameter to another is performed rapidly and easily by means of simple and fast devices.
The KID 80 system uses a reliably performing and efficient servo driven system therefore eliminating the need for pneumatics.
The system adapts readily to all working situations and all types of lathe (fixed headstock, CNC or mechanical type). The KID 80 can also be used as a shaft loader.

Simple to Use
The Iemca barfeed devices design allows for simple set-up for both mechanical and component programming. Iemca devices allow for setting-up a new material size on full length barfeed models to be both quick and easy and can be less than 2 minutes.
Floor Space
This is the ideal barfeed when lack of floor space is available. This compact model allows the automatic feeding of material in the smallest of spaces.
High Rotational Speeds
The lathe is fitted with a spindle reduction system which has minimal clearance allowing the lathe to run at high rotational speeds.
