DESCRIPTION

Bandsaw Machine HFA400W The Amada HFA400W automatic bandsaw is a variation on the classic horizontal HA400 design incorporating improvements to blade and controls guaranteeing optimum cutting performance. Utilising a 41mm wide blade the Amada HFA400W has sufficient beam strength to enable it to cut any metal quickly and efficiently, up to its maximum capacity of 400mm, thus delivering an excellent cost-per-cut ratio. NC Rear Vice The rear vice is controled by an LED Programming unit situated on the control panel. Number of cuts, tolerance, and auto trimming functions can all be set by the unit. Up to 99 different programmes can be set. Tolerance The tolerance of the material to be cut can be set from +/- 0.1 to +/- 1mm Auto trim cut Material can be measured for the first cut from the front vice resulting in the trim cut being a cut component piece. Pressure/flow feed control The independent pressure and flow controls in series ensure that optimum cutting can be achieved regardless of the section or alloy being cut. Drive wheel transmission This is designed and built by Amada to provide high efficiency reduction, therefore delivering more power to the large diameter shaft. This ensures that developed torque is transferred to the blade. Maximum cutting capacity Round bar: 400 mm round bar Rectangular bar: 400mm wide x 400mm high Automatic, powered chip conveyor
