The programs that require a manual changeover of thesystem setup must be grouped in separate Jobs.Salvagnini CompilerThe Salvagnini compiler interprets programming instructions based ongeometrical principals (e.g.: finished dimension of the panel, length of theedge to be bent and angle to be obtain on each bend) and defines theproduction cycle calculating sheet metal handling and cycle time. The compilersupplies the dimensions of the unfolded, information on program integrity andsuggestions on wrong info. Moreover, it can simultaneously compile groups ofprograms arranged in work directories.Maintenance ManagerDatabase of the analyses of the movements and cycles of the system componentsfor an easy maintenance and wear checking of some parts; it includes a list ofmaintenance checks to be performed. You can add further checks or alarms toparts of the system.EasyDataDiagnostic software integrated with the NC to interactively browsedocumentation using "web" technology (photos, hyperlinks, part code andautomatic filters).EasyData supplies information pertaining to each component managed by theSalvagnini NC.
