The Amada heavy duty large capacity automatic band saw machines are designed to cope with adverse environments and conditions of use. The accessibility of the machines allow large diameters and shapes to be loaded/unloaded with ease.
NC Control
The cutting rate has been simplified by dividing materials in to 9 groups when a particular material is selected the bandsaw will automatically set the downfeed cutting rate and recommend the correct blade speed to achieve maximum blade life.
Motor and Drive Transmission
A powerful 11kw motor coupled with a no torque loss helical bevel gear drive means both bi-metal and carbide bandsaw blades can be used.
Bandsaw Blade Width
A 80mm wide blade 11100mm long gives a high beam strength enabling faster down feeds achieving excellent cutting rates for all types of materials including Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel.
Blade Deviation Monitor
The blade guide arm moves in to the workpiece automatically with the front vice providing optimum cutting conditions in conjunction with a blade deviation monitor which allows the cut tolerance of the material to set.
